Case Noir is a public utility. We operate two systems in concert: a clearinghouse that audits pro bono hours donated by independent counsel, and an open dossier index where regular folk can read filings and contribute analysis to live cases.

We do not file suits. We do not represent parties. We keep the ledger and we keep the record — so the work of accountability remains visible, attributable, and durable.
